I took this image in October 2019, just months before the world was enveloped by a pandemic. Looking back, it was almost a harbinger of things to come. On that quiet evening standing in the misty rain, I had no idea this particular lake would see us through. Panning the camera gives the image a surreal and mysterious quality, not unlike life itself.
