This is the island of Grenada, which is a country in the West Indies located in the southeastern Caribbean Sea. The country of Grenada consists of the island of Grenada and six smaller islands at the end of the island chain of the Grenadines. Grenada is northwest of Trinidad and Tobago and northeast of Venezuela. Grenada is known as the "Island of Spice" due to its nutmeg and mace crops, which are exported all over the world.
This picture shows a sailboat with people enjoying a lovely, relaxing afternoon sailing off the coast. I was on a Caribbean cruise and we were sailing away from the island at the time this picture was taken.
