Last fall, I was harvesting Delta Red fingerling potatoes at a local farm. I found a heart-shaped potato and knew I would be using it for photos. I let it sprout and cut it in half. The photo shows the inside of the potato. (These potatoes make very pretty mashed potatoes, as you can imagine.)
