The rich orange of the Saffron spice against the yellow make a striking still life macro photograph. Spice lovers will rejoyce. I love saffron and this peticular saffron was gifted to me from a friend who brought it back with her from India. Safran is the platium of the kitchen spices. It's very expensive but justifyable so. It takes lots of flowers and people to bring Saffron to the table. Saffron is harvested by hand from the Crocus sativus flower. Like all spices Saffron has medicinal propperties such as; to boost mood, improve memory, and is a powerful antioxidant. But most of all this chearful golden yellow and orange saffron art will make the receiver very happy.
